Paul Mead currently serves as president of Draftfcb Canada. Prior to this appointment in November 2006, Paul was president of Foote, Cone & Belding Canada. In his new role, he will bring together two outstanding agencies, providing integrated solutions to clients, while combining creativity and accountability. Paul is committed to Draftfcb’s vision of erasing lines between advertising and marketing services, providing a holistic offering to our clients.
Paul began his advertising career in 1976 at JWT Canada as a freelancer. In his 16 years at the agency, he moved up the ranks becoming chief operating officer of the Canadian office. He then joined FCB Canada as chief operating officer in 1992, focusing on building a fully integrated communications agency through the acquisition and creation of a diverse range of marketing services companies. In 1997, he took over the role of president.
